IWNZ Conference 2021 Registration Form

Below is the online registration form. After submitting the form you will be given a number of options to make payment.

If you know someone who does not have access to the internet and would like to register to attend conference please assist them by registering online for/with them. Please use your email address as the contact one for sending invoice, receipt and any other important information.

Once these places are filled, we will be operating a Waiting list.

We have closed registrations to IW Australia Members now, but if you contact conference@iwnz.org.nz then we will be able to discuss with you your option to register.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing (including email to conference@iwnz.org.nz). Cancellations received before 10th April 2021 are subject to a charge of $40 registration fees for administrative costs. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Conference Committee. 

*Pandemic Clause: Should the NZ Government give notice or a declaration under legislation such as (but not limited to) the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002 or the Epidemic Preparedness Act 2006 and institutes an alert level or similar system in respect of same and the effect of the alert level or similar system means that the event cannot be held on the dates agreed, then the event may be cancelled without penalty on five (5) working days’ notice by either party (Millennium Hotel Queenstown and Inner wheel New Zealand inc). All deposits which have been paid up until the date of cancellation will then be refunded within ten (10) working days of receipt and acknowledgement of the cancellation notice by Millennium Hotel Queenstown. Any registration fee paid by Members will be subsequently refunded within 21 days.

Image Rights

By submitting this registration form you give consent and allows photographs to be made during the conference. This includes, unless registered participants object, placing photographs on websites, Facebook and the annual Inner Link Magazine or any other web/printed publication.


Please note that once you submit this form, you will then be prompted to payment options. - UNLESS we reach maximum capacity, then you will be notified and if a place becomes available then we will send you payment options directly.
