  • IW Club of Mt Roskill donate gift bags to the Shine Refuge
    "A huge THANK YOU to Janet and Fay from the Inner Wheel Club of Mount Roskill for bringing in an amazing donation of gift bags for women arriving at the Shine refuge. Their group have been supporting our refuge for many years. Thank you! "

  • Inner Wheel Club of Ashburton sew dresses for girls in India
    The inner Wheel Club of Ashburton recently held an afternoon sewing bee to make dresses for girls in India. Members completed six dresses and took more home to complete. It was a very enjoyble afternoon.

  • IW Club of Waimate knit Trauma Teddies
    The Inner Wheel Club of Waimate knit trauma teddies for the local St John in the St John colours. The club thought it would be a comfort for children who are being taken to hospital by ambulance and didn't have the chance to pick up their own teddy or favourite toy. They are for the children to keep. The club made twenty in total but if the need arose the club are sure they will make more.

  • The Good Fund - Fill-A-Bag Central Auckland - Fight Period Poverty-  23rd June 2019
    The IW Aotea girls gave 2 hours of their morning on June 23rd to help with this event as well as the club donating a collection of new born clothes to this charity fundraiser fight period poverty. The event was held for mothers to fill a bag with baby clothing which was all donated. Proceeds raised will go towards The Good Fund - helping menstruating people in need all over NZ access reusable sanitary items. You can read more about The Good Fund here:
